Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! Please contact us with your request. All custom and personalized ordered must be agreed upon before the project can start. A down payment will be required and there will be no refunds or returns.

Do you accept returns or cancellations?

We do accept returns if we are notified within 3 days of delivery and items are shipped back within 14 days of delivery. Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase. No exchanges or returns on custom items. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
